Dear sirs:

I want to thank you for rescuing me with the overnight replacement of my
dialysis bag. Your people were very understanding, and helpful. The unit
goes with me all North America. Next week I am in Orlando on Monday,
Detroit on Tuesday, Toronto on Wednesday and Las Vegas on Thursday,
Sacramento of Friday and Cincinnati on Saturday! (I’m NOT making this up!)
The Fresenius Company that supplies the dialysis fluid says that I set the
record for a traveling CAPD patient. I arrange to have materials sent to
every overnight, then carry your bag on the plane with me, both as a warmer
and so that I always have an exchange with me, in case a flight is delayed.
It is simple, reliable and does a great job. My only suggested improvements
would be to put in separate holder for the AC adaptor and some heavier
zippers. Admittedly, few travel like I do, but I completely wore my first
bag out!

Many people think that ESRD is the “End Stage” for their life. For me,
nothing could be further from the truth. I still fly my own plane, I still
scuba dive, I still rock climb, I still play tennis, I still ride both road
and mountain bikes and I still fly all over the country every week. Maybe
if I wasn’t 50 years old, I could figure out how to squeeze a little more
in! It CAN be done — and your equipment helps give me the confidence to
do it.
